It's simple really, you make a JPG, PNG or animated GIF banner image that's 700 pixels wide by 100 pixels high to promote your business or product. Provide a URL (your web site address or particular page if promoting a product), or an email address, and we'll place the advertisement into our rotating Banner Ads, so as long as the Banner image, products and service fit into our Terms Of Service found further down this page.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Studio Junkyard agrees to allow Banner Advertisements to be placed into our Banner Advertising system so long as the Banner image and services the Banner links to does not contain any material that is, in Studio Junkyard's sole discretion: unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, encourages criminal mischief, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any local, state, federal, or international law and/or treaties. In short, Studio Junkyard's services may only be used for lawful activities, this includes, but is not limited to, child pornography, bestiality, hard-core pornography, and others not allowed by law. This is for yours and our protection.
Studio Junkyard will not be held responsible for any loss, loss of data, loss of profits, cost of cover, or any other special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if Studio Junkyard has been advised of, or is aware of, the possibility of such damages.
Even though we have taken great care to make sure any source code provided to you from Studio Junkyard, either from this web site, or emailed to you for inclusion in your own web site, has been created without Mal-Ware or Spy-Ware, Studio Junkyard can not guarantee source code from a third party, and you should not trust anything from anyone else in any case what so ever. If you use source code that uses our Advertising System from a party other than Studio Junkyard, then you do so at your own risk. If you however find source code on another service that uses our Advertising System, then we urge you to report it too us, as we DO NOT offer this type of service to third parties.
